FastTrac GrowthVenture Program

FastTrac GrowthVenture is an intensive 10-week course specifically designed to assist established business entrepreneurs grow their businesses. The ideal candidate for this program is committed to making his or her business a success.

The program is designed for business owners who have been operating for at least 2 years. It offers an interactive learning approach; classes consist of activities, group discussion, guest speakers, etc. Participants are also offered hands-on coaching sessions and opportunities to network and learn from peers as well as the facilitators, business coaches, and guest speakers.

Through this program, you can strengthen your ability to make critical decisions and equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to determine the best way to grow your business. The primary objectives are to help entrepreneurs effectively evaluate and improve:

• Overall business strategy and vision for the future
• Ability to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace
• Changing role in managing the business
• Focus and alignment of all aspects of the business
