Tameka is a graduate of Spelman College (B.A.) and Columbia University (M.P.A.). She was also a Presidential Management Fellow in Washington D.C. working on various projects. In 2001, Tameka developed a business incubation program in northeast Denver to support the needs of new and early stage businesses. Tameka has a solid management background and enjoys developing training programs and providing consultation to small business owners. She has worked with many entrepreneurs guiding them in starting their businesses, strategic planning, marketing, and many other management issues.
